At Jaipur Birds, we hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating and curating it. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached

Free from stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear

Returned in their original packaging where possible

Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Product Variations
Many of our products feature unique artwork, handcrafted details, and individually placed patterns. As a result, slight variations in colour, print placement, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the product's character rather than defects.
Please note that colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device display.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
